Returns & Refunds
If you receive a defective or broken candle, contact us immediately with your name, address and invoice number.
The majority of the time we will require you to send back the item for us to inspect. Sometimes we will allow a digital photo to be emailled in place of shipping. When we receive the item(s), we will email you with the results.
We do not refund candles if you do not like the scent. We recommend that you request a scent sample if you are unsure of a scent. (3 samples per household on request).
We do not pay any shipping or handling on returned items.
Cancelling Orders
If you cancel your order after being made, but before shipping, there is a 25% restocking charge.
If you cancel your order within 72 hours, or before we make your item(s), we will refund you 100%.
